    • Click on the “My Account” menu item in the menu in the left hand column:



    • Click on the "Forgot Login?” link:



    • Click on the “Lost Username” checkbox:



    • Fill in your email address (must be the same email address as that associated with your user account), and click the “Send Username” button
      .
    • Your username will be sent to you via email.
