Hospitality & Refreshments Chair
The Guild's Refreshments Committee is responsible for the coffee and refreshment service for the Guild membership meetings. Let this person know if you have any ideas for addditions or changes to the refreshments being served.
The Guild has a number of woodworking books and videos available for loan to Guild members.
At each regular membership meeting, the librarian puts library offerings out on a table for members to browse, and to check out. The librarian attends to checking items out and checking them back in. Checked out items must be returned at the meeting following the one at which they are checked out.

Collects articles from the authors of various columns of the Guild newsletter
The guild president (El Presidente') presides over the guild, sets up and runs BOD meetings and tries to keep things running in an orderly fashion.
Responsible for setting up the monthly presentations at guild member meetings.
Any presentation suggestions are welcome.
Publicity and PR Chair
Handles publicity for Guild involvement in public events. Coordinates ongoing efforts with Guild Sponsors. Solicits potential new sponsors. Coordinates contact between sponsor liaisons and their respective sponsors.
The Secretary is responsible for recording minutes of meetings of the board of directors, and of other Guild events for which records are required.
Shows and Exhibits Chair
The Guild participates in a number of shows and exhibits each year. The Shows and Exhibits char coordinates Guild activities related to these events
Deposits revenues, and disburses payment for expenses paid by members, maintains the Guild's bank account. With the help of the Guild's Board, determines the Guild's budget, and prepares regular statements of income and expenses.
The Guild Vice President is responsible for filing in on the duties of President whenever the President is unable to carry out those duties.
Webmaster maintains the Guild's website. Determines and implements new features with the aid of the Guild Board of Directors. Maintains the infrastructure for the Guild's databases. Coordinated scheduling of classes and publication of classes with the Classes Chairperson.
